This is my idea for a fun, artistic adjunct to several long standing threads.
Choose a picture (or perhaps other medium) to creatively express/describe how you feel NOW.

Here is my thread opening example:

"I am feeling two-faced."
Feelings that are for me well illustrated by this painting.

I see this thread as almost a traditional self-portrait assignment but only focusing on a very limited, transitory aspect of self, an individual's feelings captured in the moment.

Apologies to the many others who probably wanted to do something like this.

Going for a different medium. Here are some lyrics from The Cruel Sea:

Feel the touch of my hand
See the light in my eye
You know why I feel
Like a foolish young boy
Like some discarded toy
Like a wounded animal
And you know why

I Feel
Like it's need more than desire
I feel
All my senses are on fire
I feel
I feel and you know why

Feel the dirt on my hands
Feel the beat of my heart
Feel and watch the fire start
Feel the pain that I know
Taste the blood that I shed
Come and lay on my bed

See the lies in my eyes
Feel the heat in my hands
Feel and I know that you will
Understand why

I feel like nobody know or cares how
I feel
Like I'm gonna be kind of sick now
I feel

I feel and you know why
Feel the back of my hand
Feel the beat of my heart
Feel and watch the fire start
Feel the pain that I know
Taste the blood that I shed
Come and lay on my bed

Booger, have you tried probiotics?

A Bifidobacterium lactis (Bb12) and Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LGG) cocktail might help.

It's working for me so far.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

What's missing is a cold shower from behind, or at least an icepack.

I ahve not, and will look into it, thanks.(AMA be damned...)I was on dicyclomine for a bit, and it helped. I've removed most glutens from my diet, which is helping too. I am just having a stressful day.

This ginger tea I am drinking is helping too.

I feel like that is the way in man approximates his world.

I feel that the world is seen through the lens of our perception which misses so very much but projects an image onto our mental screen none the less.

I also feel the screen is a representation like the meta-painting, which likewise does not exist.

I feel all of this is inherent in being human and once removed will make us something "other."

Also, I feel a lot like Thalo Blue.

Then I'll probably feel sleepy. Tired at the very least.
