i'm just a bit too small (apparently) for an aussie size 8, which is either a US 6 or 4, can't remember the conversion. most shops only stock down to size 8.

Wow, really? You're not short, either, right, and still trouble finding frocks?

Um... not that shaken.

Yet.

Watch me tremble at the show, though. I'm sure
I'll be nervous as hell.

I forgot to check if there was an iPod pocket in
the coat. I'll have to go look.

/me looks

Yes, and it even has a little button flap.

Ok, here's a good question for all the fashion
wonks.

I have everything lined up for the Show except for
cufflinks. I have the French cuffs. Is it optional
to wear them out or can they be overlapping?

I am not sure what you mean by 'wear them out' or 'overlapping'. The standard way to wear cufflinks leaves your sleeve edges touching each other - lying on top of each other - but not wrapped around as they would be if you buttoned them as on a standard cuff. Is that what you mean?

To get back to this question, no. It's store
bought with minimal adjustments. I just purchased
it from a high enough cost bracket that it
actually fits. And well at that.

Good luck, Marsh, with whatever you're doing. (I don't know what's going on.) You look great. *S*

Here's a handy picture guide.

Don't go look at their custom cuffs. They are all hideous.

It certainly does. Hence the Bond reference.
