@ Martin: Nah, it's MoM's order, after all. You just can't separate MoM from that Hello Kitty image.

Fingers crossed, striv.

Did you guys try Spreadshirt.com? They might have a more relaxed 'tude... I bought a Ze Frank t-shirt there and it was quite nice.

I piddled around a little bit at spreadshirt. Their interface was not so fun to use and the prices I saw (after just a quick look) were considerably higher.

For the OOMOM stuff, I bet I can find a local place that would be willing to print them on a walk-in basis.

Exactly, a small shop is the best bet for silkscreening MOM's copyright-defying crest. Or just pick up one of those sheets of iron-on transfer paper and a cheap shirt. It won't last long, but hey, you can put whatever you want in there. Just don't wear it during your next visit to Sanrio's HQs.
Myself, I'd go for Gringo's excellent Molly, or his grungy, comic-noir Gibson.

Whoa, I hadn't seen that one. I'm sure Misty hated it : )
No, it's another; not really Molly, but some leather and boot-clad, punkish character... I think it was posted along with that of Tiny and the Blue Max.

Oh yeah. Probably make a cool cloth badge.

Cafepress forces you to open a "Shop" to get black tees.
