The one and only order i ever did from Cafépress ended up being almost the same price of the products in customs, which means you actually pay for your products twice. It's not really worth it...

Allthough that pirate shirt is uber sweet. Y'arr!

Unfortunately, I don't know of any European based internet sites that do other than the white shirts. I've looked as well.

I just remembered that i once applied for a job at a local apparel printing company. They specialised mainly in printing for sports teams etc. But maybe they'll do regular shirts as well... that is, if the company even exists still (it was several years ago). I'll look into it.

I wasn't crazy about the quality of the T-shirt transfer on the shirt I ordered. (Gringo's are direct print not transfers)

The mug I ordered has held up great.

Besides the customs (which is always a risk when ordering from overseas), I was satisfied. I gave the shirt to someone else, so I don't know how it has held up in the long run.

yep, their mugs are totally sweet. I suspect they're also the product that'll generate the most customs tax. Their shirts hold up nicely in the long run, mine's two years old and gets fairly frequently washed. It's only now that it's starting to fade a little.

most of the previous stuff i have ordered has been within europe. the only things i can think of having ordered from outside UK were books, and they came through amazon marketplace and have so far been fine.

In the UK you don't pay customs charges if your item is valued under £38. A penny over and the charges are HUGE as I have learnt from a few eBay experiences.
As for cafepress, I ordered a book from them a couple of years ago and the quality was terrible. I don't know about their apparel.

You never tried putting the camera on something solid? You should. It might help.

Abraham Lincoln?

-----------------------------
"It may be said with rough accuracy that there are three stages in the life of a strong people. First, it is a small power, and fights small powers. Then it is a great power, and fights great powers. Then it is a great power, and fights small powers, but pretends that they are great powers, in order to rekindle the ashes of its ancient emotion and vanity. After that, the next step is to become a small power itself."
