Kids these days got no excuse for not learning guitar. This thing was about $200 U.S. and it would take a really picky asshole of a guitarist to find anything wrong with it.

That's the equivalent of what... a $45 guitar when I was a teenager. Probably less than that. And a $45 guitar when I was a kid was, absolutely, a piece of crap. Intonation would have been a quarter-tone off at the 12th fret and the string height would have been laughable.

Second Squire I've bought. Both are good guitars for cheap.

I can has international EMS courier package, according to the pickup notice I just got. Or, rather than just got, should've gotten five days ago.

Someone's been tampering with the mail, again.

If you are over your luggage allowance at check in, throw out The God Delusion. In fact, even if you are not over your allowance I'd suggest you throw it out. Dawkins is at his best when describing the wonders of evolution. In The God Delusion he just comes across as shrill.

Thanks, though I fear I may have to find out the hard way. It's near the bottom of the stack though - I bought three P.G.Wodehouses second hand in between the order and the delivery and they appear to be the antidote to everything.

I just found it and read the description. Its aluminium. Can't buy it. The aluminium oxide leaching out of it will leave you a drooling, gibbering wreak, ahead of your time.

Aluminium water bottles are worse than the polycarbonate-type, which only cause men to grow enourmous titties.

Unfortunately, I can't find any Hello Kitty water bottles in stainless steel. They only makes Korean manufactuors rich, and can deflect shrapnel in a pinch.

I have to agree on that. Of course, I like shrill with regard to that subject matter.

He does go overboard a tad.

BJ, re: Aluminium, if you had done your research you would also have known that sigg bottles are lined with a special inert baked on resin that has been tested for leaching of all sorts, including aluminium and bpas, and shown no evidence of it whatsoever. There is no raw Al exposed anywhere on this bottle. So go ahead...you're worth it!

I have no faith in the “internal protection lacquer” (a.k.a. - the bottle liner) applied by the 'Gnomes of Zurich'. It will probably lead me to eating more chocolate, or salting money away from Inland Revenue in numbered accounts.

Besides, aluminium offers less protection from shrapnel.
