This thread will be the log of my new adventure.

After years of waiting, I finally got news from the ambassy : once I send 2 new ID pictures, my passport, and a filled form, I'll get my visa within a month.

I went to the photographer's last Saturday.
So, I should send them the package tomorrow.

Meanwhile, I need to fill another form, and copy some documents, in order to internationalize my driver license.

My departure is planned for next December.

No, it works the other way.
By simply standing there, I'll make the property values soar to new heights.

I guess the local professional assassins might not be in favor of her moving into town.

While Paris is a city of architectural splendors, the olfactory bouquet of the "city of lights" leaves much to be desired (and very little to the imagination.) As long as they don't succumb to abrasion of the soul from the endless parade of identical coffee shops or accidentally wander into Surrey, they should be fine.

Good luck, you two.
