Hi,

I've just found this site, where a French artist shows pictures he created of an "enhanced" human being. It reminded me instantly of Gibson's books. There isn't much difference between a Dior knee and Zeiss-Ikon eyes...

Electrumcorpus
The site is only in French, but the text is not very important.

The rest of his work can be found at is at this site

What do you think?

Guicli

p.s. I've made a quick search of this board and I did not find any previous mention of this site. Sorry if somebody already mentioned this. Afterall, it was created in 2002.

Pretty interesting. Some of the things like the knee seemed a bit clunkier than I would have imagined. AFAIK, you're the first to have posted this site

Remember kids, the internet loves you. Even though sometimes it touches you in the bad place.

Why oh why would you want a male head on a female body?

More importantly: Why is the future "fetish"?

I always figured that, for cybernetic enhancements to be marketable to the people who could afford them, they would have to be aesthetically pleasing. Then again, you never know what will be vouge in the future.
