In a blog posting Saturday, January 25, 2003, WG asks " does anyone know the name of that wonderfully low-budget Italian effort about the superstar game-designer who gets dramatically involved with the sad-ass SuperMario-like character in the game he's designed?"
I'm pretty sure he's talking about Gabriele Salvatores' Nirvana, starring Christopher Lambert. Lambert, by the way, has a habit of starring in "really exceptionally bad films", and this flick is no exception.
and what was that film he was in where the serial killer was stealing only a single body part from each victim to construct his own body. way cool.
Lambert has done one great scene ever, at the beginning of subway he is fleeing in a stolen car and is changing tapes in the tape-deck and discarding the ones he doesnt like out the window, when he finds one he does like the tape player chews it up...
