In my world, at 1:10 am, I've got loudmouths in the street.
Anyone else?

I'm listening to Bjork, watching p0rn, and wondering if most other guys sometimes wonder if they might be a lesbian...

Not sure why my name in particular comes up as a lesbian, but I do like wimmins and I did do a test the other day that claims I think like a woman, so...

8:54 PM I'm drinking Jim Beam and Caffeine Free Diet Coke (hey, someone else bought the latter) and messing about on the net (including trying to explain paper money to some 'gold standard' conspiracy nuts) while Alex sleeps and the rest of the family watches 'Cars'.

I'm going to start working on a song I began yesterday. Wanderer is at work and I just wasted 30 minutes of his office time talking to him about immigration stuff and how people will finally help us.

8:50PM, EST.

In a vain attempt to reset my sleeping patterns, I stayed up until 12 noon yesterday - far, far short of my target. Eight hours short.

Having awakened at approximately 8:30PM, to the strains of the flatmate cranking out Generic Blues Riff #1, as part of a recording project. A message he left for me on MSN informs me that he "[doesn't] have headphones Smile". Note the smiley. Such a smiley indicates he is well aware of the problem of playing guitar through a set of speakers in his room and that headphones would alleviate this. Yet the obvious reluctance to obtain a pair of headphones perhaps annoys me more than the noise.

Apparently, long hair prevents headphones from functioning, at all.

Clearly this is a vast, sexist conspiracy against the female gender on the part of the headphone companies, but now that a male has been affected by this, perhaps they will listen, and help us all stop this terrible state of affairs.

Posting here, listening to Steely Dan's Two Against Nature on the Sennheisers. The benefits of having short hair are immediately apparent to me.

Mrs Gromit's gone to bed, the junior Gromits are watching a cop show on the tube.

My life sure is exciting, innit?

5:23am

my world consists of three chest-high walls, two chairs, a desk, and tea. the tea is hot but drinkable and i'm taking slow sips every few minutes.
i can hear co-workers down the row talking about... something... and my cubemate has just arrived and is asking about a photo of Mickey Avalon someone put as his wallpaper yesterday.
his computer is pink instead of the default grey. i did that.
i'm hungry.

A board is ill-suited for something like "What's going on right now?" social networking.

Why don't you Twitter?

Yours in tweets,

10/12 for me too. But female-type, it seems...

I think it was the Words test that did it.

This task looked at your verbal fluency.

Your score: you associated 16 word(s) with XXXX and you named 14 word(s) that mean XXXX. We are assuming that all the words you entered are correct.

Average score for men: 11.4 words total
Average score for women: 12.4 words total
What does your result suggest?

If you produced 1 - 5 words: You are more of the strong, silent type with a male brain. You probably find it easier to express yourself in non-verbal ways, preferring action rather than words.

If you produced 6 - 10 words: Most people in this range have a female-type brain.
