Here is a fantastic movie nobody has ever even heard of, let alone seen, but me and the critics.  If you can see this movie PLEASE do.  ................................................... For me, the movie typifies Milwaukee, Midwest, working class, "Average Joes", yearning to be worldly and famous. I find "Mike" to be both adorable and unintentionally hilarious. ................................................... Thank you! I wish! The writer and director, Christopher McQuarrie (also The Usual Suspects) is so good though, he actually got a decent performance out of Ryan Phillippe. That's nearly impossible. |
