I am looking for a good, easy BBQ rub or sauce I can make and am looking for suggestions. Anybody here have a fave BBQ recipe they don't mind sharing?

i have a good carolina mustard style sauce, but I only really use it for pulled pork. I don't think it has versatility. Commercial rubs, i like Dizzy Pig.

Fantastic burger.
2 perfect steaks + bacon + cheese + potatoes (boiled) + coleslaw + salad

The place doesn't look like much.

That's what changed Just Right for me. Well, at least the Aussie formula.

I can't stand dried apricot. Ugh. Every time I hit one of those suckers it's like this massive wave of dusty blandness would wash through my mouth.

Splurged this morning. Got an omelette with swiss cheese, tomatoes and green chiles and a side of russet potatoes over at Beyond Bread. Mmmmmmm.

They were in a side dish.
With large grains of salt.
