My Tia Lydia has a ranch. Every year she picks a calf to fatten and then slaughter. that calf does not range free. However, he eats better than all the other beef free ranging it out there in the mesquite.

We went to a wok restaurant. You get a little bowl with noodles at the bottom. Then you take the bowl to the buffet, where you fill it with whatever you want (as much as you want!). Then you ask the cook for the sauce you want, and he flamethrows the whole thing in a large wok. Good, plentiful and rather cheap (if you really fill the bowl).

Except it's cooked in a wok. There was a guy in a suit, who looked kind of like Beat Takeshi (scary and yakuza-like). We assumed he was the bouncer. At some point, he pulled out a towel and a spray, and proceeded to... clean a table!

Sounds bloody classy! This plate rocks my world; salads,mains, this! They all work so well in it. £3.99 from sainsburys I think.
