Grilled chicken over salad with some whole wheat bread on the side.
I felt like eating healthy today.

red curry beef (thai, not indian). just figured out how to make it tasty last week, and i've been itching to try it again. made it for the roommates last night, but they all came home stuffed. now i'm forced to eat bowl after delicious bowl by myself. life's tough.

edited for stupidity.

I have chicken tenderloins waiting for me in the fridge.

The price of 'em has been dropped about nine bucks a kilo at the supermarket.

All hail bird flu!

Just had two perfectly poached eggs for breakfast...

Bewdiful. On toast, with just Australian lake salt and fresh ground pepper.

Bewdiful.

Interesting how the first two are rampantly experimental; the next two classic French cooking; the next two 'fusion' restaurants; the next two classic French once more and the final two are modern Spanish.

I consider myself lucky to have eaten at 3 of the list but even with friends in Barcelona I have never been able to get a reservation at El Bulli.

Tetsuya's and Rockpool, eh?

Neil Perry (Rockpool's head chef) and Tetsuya Wakuda. Both Sydneyside. Neil laid out the menus for Qantas' inflight meals.

Once you eat there, hit Brisbane for some decent steak & seafood, Aisha, to fix in the gap not filled by the incredibly expensive micro-cuisine.
