Really nice interview, Archie. Though I'm completely uninterested in hiphop most of the time, I read the whole thing.

"Do you have any vacant rooms?" Fashpo asks in the reception/living room to the family lounging, drinking smoking.

"We've got one left - you wanna see it?"

"OK"...

Lil' Sister and I have a look at the room. It's crap, has a double bed we'll have to share, but the only thing available in town. We check in and go to the room.

There's a scary wardrobe standing in the corner. Lil' Sis asks if we should open it - "Nope" I say - looks to scary. We get in under the covers and they just feel creep crawly. Since I was moving all of my belongs from California to Denmark via Wisconsin and the Great American West, I go and get some cleaner sheets out of the trunk of my car.

We're still having a hard time falling asleep. Lil' Sister asks, "The window's open, what should we do if it gets to cold in here?"

"I'll close the window", I say.

"It's too cold in here"

I get up to close the window, and it's STUCK open!

We woke up early and drove the hell out of there and went to Glacier National Park and took a hike to see the 7 waterfalls.

Aweseom! (by which I mean creepy)

I avoid all that by using Foxit PDF reader.

Unlike Adobe, it considers opening the PDF so that you may read it the top priority, not checking for updates, insisting you update, then have some background program update it anyway, whether you like it or not.

Photoshop is the only thing Adobe got right.

Made it to LHR, made it to T1, took as long as all that to log onto BT Openzone, and now I only have about 20 minutes to use it LOL.

Oh well. The price of addiction and not being able to phone anyone to tell them I'm still alive as it's the middle of the night (sorry for waking you, 'Killa! I didn't quite realize).

Must go email parental units.

Later!

Made 100,000 video views, and revenue has been on the order of near-exponential for the month of June.

Here's hoping that the trend continues, and that, with enough tweaking, the cybergeist shines its often volatile spotlight upon me into the next frame. Or at least a steadily growing regular viewer base.

Happy traveling Minx-
Lovely interview Archie, a very good read-

Working on drawing characters from different view points- And making use of random photo's I've collected-

My perspectives are coming out very well-
One of the arms broke off my glasses- I'd been walking around for two days with just one holding them up- I finally got tired of them slipping down my nose and used super glue to attach it back on-

I'm counting the days until my full health care kicks in- Then new glasses-

Been getting odd cramps in my feet, charlie horse type cramps that find it amusing to sneak up on me when I am driving-
I don't really get why, I take spoonful of liquid potassium once a week-
I need to speak to the MD about it I guess-

It's a bad recording-

Illustrator is pretty damn good, and i like working with InDesign too, although people coming from QuarkXpress might not agree.

Premiere (CS3!) is also pretty good.

Yesterday, I went to the pub quiz, and won with a 25 points margin.
Ah, the sweet taste of victory Smile

you guys have been tearing up this thread!

I have been all about the new girl this weekend.

The ex keeps calling me too, and is annoyed that I don't respond right away when she calls. I explained that is not going to happen. I am still her friend but I am not at her beck and call after all.

I met the new girl for sushi yesterday for lunch and wound up calling out of work so I could spend the day with her. I realized that she would have to pick up her kid so after firmly deciding last week that I was not going to meet the family there I was, playing with the baby and talking with granddad.

Speaqking of chicken, days ago had the most delicious roasted chicken: left to marinate overnight, roasted wrapped in foil along with herbs and nopal. The main herb is called Hoja Santa. But finding the explanation for its' name was unsettling...
