So at work, they've installed this little tissue dispenser and waste basket by the door in the bathroom. There is a sticker on the thing that says "Protect yourself, use a tissue to open the door" Now I know the bathroom is not really a clean place, I'm not gonna eat my lunch in there, but come on...they are encouraging a mental illness. The same germophobes will gladly eat a jelly filled petri dish that's been sitting out for 5 hours.

We managed to miss 2 buses as we headed to the bus stop, and then took 20 minutes to find a cab, with no more buses in sight.

That must have been a scene with a VERY pregnant MrsK, in-tow. Good thing you found one, eventually.

Of course, the people who wrote that must have no knowledge of bathrooms. They're obviously so anal retentive, they haven't shat in years.

Don't tell them what lives on your average computer keyboard.

I'm attempting an auto-extraction and replacement to this firm today.

Here's to corporate extractions.

SO do you ladies admit that TiWren looks like a movie star?
(For all I know, Crash too-- haven't met him :-))

I've been told I look like a movie star. Unfortunately it's not one that is complimentary.

I'm shattered.
I went to a doctor this morning. Then a physiotherapist type who cracked my neck and back and I guess they are better but probably not for long. Then class. I'm generally tired, though.

cubemate just informed me that he will be starting to party at about 7pm today, and will continue till 7am tomorrow.
he also informed me that he has tortilla chips and salsa to party with.

...

i am so so glad this does not equal him asking me out or hitting on me.

and how do i know this?

his girlfriend has spent most of the morning wandering in and out of our cube.
she's wearing hot-pink capris. this ticks cubemate off something fierce, because they are bright pink. also she once tried to wear them when they were going out to dinner and he was all dressed up. in a nice sweater, apparently.
Razz
they've been dating for 2 years... they argue a lot.
she just brought him a bottle of Lipton Green tea, saying "this stuff is disgusting!" as she gave it to him.
i love this.

i have taken my life back from Questionable Content by forbidding myself to read anymore until tomorrow.
i have a Lab midterm today and i'm being very studious now. Smile

Did he get violent at the mention of the words "pulp mill"?

It's sorta Manchurian Candidate-esque.

No but he did foam at the mouth when called an "Australian" and not a "Tazmanian".

Naw...trying to go by the books on this one. I was hoping to take a month off between jobs but it's not looking like as much of a possibility.

Ha. Let's see 'em try to secede. Who's gonna lead 'em to it - Bob "I'm here, I'm queer - no, seriously, I am here, I really am a senator and not just some guy who pads out the ABC news reports on climate change" Brown.

Did TiWren make light of his love for apples? The fruit, not the cult.

Did he try to convince you that the tasmanian tiger's dead? Those bastards are hiding something, I know.
