Heh, jail stuff, those of you on the twitterworld know this little bit of drama in my world-

I was taken to jail twice in on week, once for the warrants I didn't know i had- And then the next day for the contempt of court for the warrant that is ten year old, I have to go to court for the other-
both are ten years old by the way-

I was young and stupid and trusted things to be taken care of-

The second I could end up with actual jail time- Which I hope i can some how convince the judge, not to give me- I would loose my job,my health insurance, and my house- Pretty much everything I have been barely keeping a hold of the last year-

I honestly have no idea what I will do- I'm beginning to care less and less everyday- all I want to do is sleep-

I have two days house arrest for the driving with a suspended dl- and 600$ fine-

but on a up note- I've begun working things like this-










they are fun-

A heightened need for sleep is often a sign of depression. NO SHIT, I know. Been there.

Cruise your state, county, and city pages for help. Cruise the local dissidents sites, also. Not the gun-toters, the civil protestors to find some help or back up. Again, imho.

Big hug. When you're down, you need back up to keep you awake while overwhelmed. I found some myself, today. It can take a load off.

Noirjyre - anxiety = tiredness and can, as Anabel has pointed out, lead to more long term illness.

Go for a good walk every day,take in the little things that nature provides us with for free. Eat well and make sure you get enough sleep. Just do the basics and make time for resttime, if that makes sense. Good advice from Gil - prepare a small speech in your defense.

We've been to baptism of my friends son.. its been great.. Joe was a STAR and looked lush.. My friend asked me to take photos which I think went well (apart from total DOH moment.. the Priest had everyone there stand in front of the altar for a photo.. I'm so used to my fixed focal lens I kept walking back and back till I got everyone in frame. Only to remember I had a zoom lens on and could have zoomed out *LOL*) Had a few drinks afterwards, and they had a hog roast which was lush. Diet went to pot, oh well! Joe liked crackling very much.
I wore a dress and heels.. first time I've worn heels in, um, atleast 5 years *lol* I bought a gorgeous pure silk dress (£120 in the shop.. bought it brand new on ebay for £40), and wore coloured hosiery for the first time - a strong magenta (the dress was a soft grey, with largish flowers embroidered around the neck and hem, and magenta was the predominent colour in those). Did my hair nicely, did my makeup nicely.. I can't remember the last time I really dressed up and it felt great!

We went to a Welsh awards ceremony, which was nice. The kids were packed off to respective parents and we enjoyed an afternoon in the wonderful surroundings of Cardiff Bay, mixing with some very focussed, motivational people. I stood behind the pro photographer and still screwed my pics up, but the food was amazing and the traffic light (for a change), so i rode the waves of anxiety and thoroughly enjoyed the day

On a more serious note though.... Noir, definitely dress nice and be polite to the judge. It never hurts to tell him yourself that you were young and stupid and you want to apologize for that fact landing you in his court and taking his valuable time. Then plead for as much leniency as he is allowed to throw your way.

So, today I discovered that I have had my iPhone for freaking MONTHS and not installed the iPhone Remote app. How is this possible?!

Complete graphical control and browsing of your iTunes library from anywhere in the house via Bluetooth. And if iTunes is streaming to your stereo via an Airport Express (or more than one?), this means you can control the tunes for the whole house from the backyard, etc. Whoa!

I got to visit Current Motor Company.

They are making electric motor scooters, so everyone who can't afford a Tesla yet, go check 'em out. They are predicting a penny a mile as cost of electricity.

I am humbled to realize that my 15 years of experience with designing transmission parts is completely useless to these guys. The scooter motor is at the rear wheel - no transmission!

I have a few minor obstacles to overcome before I can think about purchasing one. First, a job to pay for it, and second, would need to get appropriate driver's license.

Noir, 10 year old traffic tickets? Don't worry you will be fine. They save jail time for real fu%$ ups, criminal types. They just want your money. And yes, you will pay. Seriously, they just want cash. Consider it a tax. The police, and courts have to make money or they will not be able to survive. here in Georgia they have quotas.They to write a certain amt of tickets, or arrest people to generate fines. The last thing they want is to have to room and feed people when they can go for their wallets.

Thank God I'm not the only wgber that is having legal problems. Noir avail yourself of a lawyer or google your problem. Better yet go to Yahoo ask and ask what to do. I got some good information from them. The fines 10 years ago were probably minimal.
