I've just discovered another online game along the lines of Nation States and CelebPimp. This one seems a bit more complex:

I had a few problems logging onto it over the weekend, but it seems to be working now. It reminds me somewhat of the play-by-mail computer games I played in the 80's.

Bumping this again. The first round finished and I was up in the top 1% of players, thanks to the input of my minions, primarily JRE,

2nd round beta is just starting and will last ~2 weeks.

Don't worry, I like the feeling of me against the world. And unless you connect often (short periods only, but optimal is every two hours), having minions may hurt you, as in this game having too much money is bad...

I achieved my objective in the short time playing, which was make it to the 100 rank, although the structure put me in the post 556. If you want to win, start at the beginning.

And the WGBers guild is open to anyone registered on the WGB, of course!
