I just can't get behind the British lord name aspect of Corteshester. Stumps me.

So, Corteshester: A coffee shop having approximately two stories.

Funes the Memorious has a name for numbers ranging into the many thousands. A name is not a definition.

Kenmeer, the name, means, uh, me. Kenmeer the etymology means sea view.

Alright:

Corteshester: synecdoche for stovetop coffeemaker manufactured by the Corteshest Coffee Company of Ireland in the late 19th century. Coffee being something of a dsirty word in the UK, afficiandos of the bean referred to coffee by brand name: Corteshest. "Strike up the Corteshester, William? It's looking to be a long night."
