We had 30 inches of heavy wet snow and were without power for five days. Lucky to have a fireplace; some people are still without power going on 10 days now.

Seriously, though, I'm glad you're okay (if you are). Being without electricity or heat for 5 days after a major snow storm can't have been fun. I'd tell you to go relax and chill out for awhile, but I'm sure that you've had more than enough "chill" to last you a little while.

Warm again, thanks to alot of hard working men and women who spent time away from their families during Christmas and will be in the area for at least another two weeks cleaning up this disaster...a VERY SPECIAL THANKS goes out to them!! Now comes the flooding...
