I have this problem, where if I want a book, I buy that book. Gifting me books is maybe hopeless, except there are more books out there that I want than I can justify buying.

I think the only books I've asked for this year are the bound akira compilations.

The Last Dancer by Daniel Keys Moran

I gave it to somebody and never saw them again. Now I have the rest of the series of the Continuing Time but am still missing that one.

Also Intelligence in War by John Keegan.
