A Watson phonebook search yielded "Buk E" at 151 Spring Street in Manhattan, 212-925-3344. Watson is the MacOS X-only app which searches a variety of parameters (weather, movies, TV listings, images without a web-browser).

Because the search turned up multiple listings with the same phone number I find that "E" seems to stand for "Elli", so Mr.Buk may be Ms. Buk and that the phone number is also listed to Joseph and Hohn Dumbacher at a different address (111 Hudson St, NYC) so Buk may in fact be a business name rather than an individual
