I drink 2 glasses of water with a capful of cider vinegar daily. I have 2 cups of coffee per day, instant at work, Illy from our stove top coffee maker when at home. Apart from that I generally just drink tap water.

I'm drinking a diet Mountain Dew. Then I'm going to drink some water. Then later I'm going to drink some beer. Then more water.

My whole weekend'll prolly go like that.

Ho Yus, it's the 'now-ness' of this topic wot distinguishes it from its predecessors.

Lots and lots of water today. Several cokes.

Kradlum, I'm seriously considering the cider vinegar regimen -- do you think you're the better for it?

Well I read about cider vinegar being good for you in an ad in Nexus (dodgy Australian conspiracy theory magazine), but the ad was trying to sell cider vinegar pills. I thought why by pills when I can buy it by the litre? It takes a little getting used to, but now I just think of it as a cordial. I seem to get indigestion less, and I have lost weight, although I can't directly attribute either to drinking cider vinegar. I also think my sweat smells slightly appley, but that might be my imagination.

Highland spring sparkling mineral water.
The label has a tartan pattern on , which means it must be authentically scottish. Them's the rules.

I've only ever been to scotland twice. I can't think of a single reason why getting mineral water from there would be a good idea, apart from the fact that it's probably 20% proof.

Cider can help clear out bile from the digestive system. Beyond that, I don't know anything about it's form in vinegar, or the effect.

You should really try to be more tolerant of lactose. It's not that bad, you just have to give it a chance.

Oh, I gave it a chance all right. A big, sloppy, mole-and-fried-ice-cream chance all over the riverwalk in San Antonio. Pleh!

here at work, Water. bottled. lots.
Once in a while a do so enjoy a shot of bourbon. Blantons, Makers, Knob. I like Sam Stout if I'm going outSmile
Fashion Police I was a festival very late one morning quite thirsty, pregnant and friends came up to me (this is twenty-three years ago) and said
"Ah , bet you'd love some of this.!"
They were holding on to a bottle of makers Mark as Monday morning dawned, even in Alaska the liquor stores are closed.
[As a sailor loves the sea,]
" Have some 2%!" they chortle and pull out a cold lil carton of milk..I had found out the day before festival that there would be no drinking for me that year...sigh.
Tea, I like Kiwi pear today and earl gray most the time.

Same, but when I do it's bourbon.

Back during the Year of the Cute Punk Bartenders,
my drink of choice was a Cuba Libre. My Halloween
parties typically served spiced mead. Now, I might
have a glass of wine when having dinner at my
parents place. Usually about once or twice a year.

Things I drink more often include:
water
green tea (Sencha preferred)
soy milk
orange juice
slurm (down to 2-3 cans per week)
