ah the wonders of modern living, when someone can ignore you for days on end.

problem is.. I have around 25 people turning up for this training event this afternoon.. and they're users of our services who let you know in NO uncertain terms how useless you are when things go wrong

the most challenging thing i've done today is change the date on a report and re-send to senior management.
