the telecom company didn't deduct my payement from my bank account as i had instructed them to; so i was unaware that my bills actually didn't get payed (yeah, i could've found out by looking more closely at the print outs from my account).

So now i found out and have payed them, i hope they'll restore the net asap.

i'm bad at paying attention to detail, but then after a certain point you expect people to have paid attention to your instructions.

Yeah... i know i chose for the automatic payement specificly after the lady at the telecom shop laying out the payement options. Dunno what went wrong here, so i'll probably have to go back to the shop and get it fixed.

last time i changed bank account they screwed up my direct debits; funny, given that when they forced the previous change they got it right, but when it was actually under my instruction they screwed it up.

Sorry you are still without. Sometimes I think it is more unusual for these things to go as they should than to get screwed up.
