Also, how much power does the PHP script take? I haven't shut off my computer in years (or even let it sleep). Although I do shut it down once in a blue moon to reboot into Windows or something. Hmmmm...

You might want to make it wait longer between updates than ten minutes, so that you get more tweets in a single message and don't "waste" quite so much postage.
