Just watched DOLLHOUSE pilot episode, about to watch unaired season finale once friends get back from picking up ice cream.

While I wait I am letting my HR Giger documentary run for a bit.

Pretty neat! Wonder where they'll go when the new one starts up?

I had thought it started this week but no, it's next next Friday, the 25th!

But new Fringe on Thursday, yay!

I expect to be disappointed.
I secretly hope I'll be surprised.

Making my way through season 1 of The Wire

I like it a lot.
It really takes off after the pilot.

yeah i really quite enjoyed that. but it did get a blink and you'll miss it cinema release. though being a british release it did get some poster promotion on the lead up, which helped. and it was much better than that lesbian vampire killers crap which got so much more publicity.

Without http://www.rlslog.net/ I would never have heard about that movie, nor would I have seen it.

I like it. It's not brilliant, but it is a bit of fun, like Eureka, with which it'd be fun to have a crossover. Eureka takes its SF trappings a little more seriously. Warehouse 13 is more fantasy--basically making up wonderflonium-esque gadgets. Co-created by former Buffy / BSG / current Caprica writer Jane Espenson.

The Mighty Boosh is indeed mighty. I loved the Mod Wolves.

Oh yes! The Mod Wolves, I adored them and their prancing and dance moves, sharp dressing that and Cheekbone Magazine So cutting edge it's delivered by ninjas, something like every three hours. Yup, Mighty indeed.

Just finished with season 3 of The IT Crowd and I love it. So damn good. Hilarious stuff.

I also watched the finale of True Blood and it left me a little cold. Not that I'm sad to see the end of certain storylines.

Finally got around to watch District9
Pretty much what I was expecting. As wonderfully bleak as it should be. Just maybe a bit too gory.
I like it nevertheless.

On a side note: Doctor Who fans name best episode ever

quote:
Over 6,700 Time Lord fans responded to a Doctor Who Magazine call to rate all 200 episodes of the classic sci-fi TV series, and selected 1984's The Caves of Androzani - in which fifth Doctor Peter Davison hung up his sonic screwdriver - as the best of the bunch.

   1. The Caves of Androzani (1984 - Peter Davison)
   2. Blink (2007 - David Tennant)
   3. Genesis of the Daleks (1975 - Tom Baker)
   4. The Talons of Weng-Chiang (1977 - Tom Baker)
   5. The Empty Child (2005 - Christopher Eccleston)
   6. Human Nature (2007 - David Tennant)
   7. Pyramids of Mars (1975 - Tom Baker)
   8. City of Death (1979 - Tom Baker)
   9. The Robots of Death (1977 - Tom Baker)
  10. Bad Wolf (2005 - Christopher Eccleston)

Saw half an episode, pseudo scientific series.. this one was about Da Vinci's prophecies about the end of the world by flooding!

Am about to see Dexter S01's finale... me likes.
But he's supposed to be born in 1970, so that made him 36 when the series started in 2006.
