I've remembered to put the book and the ticket out on the table.

Just when I thought I would be responsible for asking the most stupid questions at the signing, I read the worst interview with Mr Gibson ever in the New York Times (Ta muchly, Mr Gaiman) and feel better.

Life can only be better if no new patients have been admitted to the respiratory team and we discharge most of the ones we have today.

I know it's last minute, but my girlfriend was supposed to be coming to the Edinburgh thing tonight, but she's spending some time in hospital!

So I have a spare ticket. I don't want money for it, I just don't want it to goto waste!!

It wasn't until halfway through that I though about filming! Was tempted by the gargoyle idea!

Don't have much time before I'm swallowed up by the NHS, I'll post in more detail later.

It will suffice to say that William Gibson is a lot taller and less grumpy than I imagined him to be and I got my book signed. Hurrah!

I also met a chap from the Glasgow Sci Fi Writers' Circle and Crash, who was a very nice chap.
