Must I spend the next 6 months re-reading threads to get up to speed, here?

I'll snoop for MK as I'm still unenlightened. Does this now mean something catastrophic will occur should we meet in meatspace again?

I'll say hello to the evil for you, too, and make sure it's properly attended. Nice to bump into you, too. I nearly cackled out loud when I saw your picture. Cheers-

Blue Shift, Pigkilla and I were there as well. It was a lot of fun. After the signing when we got back on the road we wound up right behind him. Pigkilla didn't want to drive too fast because he didn't want WG thinking we were some sort of deranged fanclub following him to his hotel.

I wasn't aware there was a WG book called All Tomorrow's Pirates though according the the book store manager. All I could think of after his verbal gaffe was WG as Capt Jack Sparrow.

Ahh, thank you guys. Things are clearer, for me.

The photos are great, all through this thread. [Yeah Pauline, you look adorable. Yuck, body issues can make one crazy.]

If that is tiger 68, who looks old enough for the Dan bedazzlement [unlike the publisher], then I am wavink.

That would be the publicist, i.e. PR guy.

Waves to tiger68 - nice to finally put a face to the name!

If you say so, FP.

So I was waving to a fan? Well, hello, fan. And, maybe, tiger68, that's all.

Thank you, Fashionpolice! Sorry I didn't notice this sooner.

I dropped my real camera earlier in the week so I had to rely on the trusty cameraphone for pix. WG was very pleasant and gracious about signing and posing for the crowd at Politics & Prose in DC.

BTW - I didn't know he's a lefty!

Nice avatar, Bizarro-Me. Drop me an email on either side. Before the @ follows the usual protocol, no numbers.

Since meeting again, in the short term anyway, would require me being in DC or you being here, we could probably define that as a catastrophe, though a minor one.

I'd always assumed he was a committee of 68 tigers.

Third choice on a image search for tiger68...

Maybe Tiger68 has or wants a 1968 Triumph Tiger?

Nanoseconds later, the Gibson's venomous spray blinded Trevor, leaving him defenseless and tender.
