I live in the blue ridge mountians. Last week I meet a guy who everyone calls "Spook". He lives in a old school bus buried in the side of a mountian. Seriously. I meet him one day when he was part of a crew that was building my barn. All of the other workers had a way home except him. When I saw where he lived and realised that my son has my digital cameraI was gnashing my teeth in fustration. I mean, the bus buried in the side of a hill and spook looking like a member of ZZTOP..... I bought another camera yesterday. Tomorrow I plan to try and find his "home" again..
I used to do missionary work in Tijuana, Ensenada, Roserita and a little town called K-52 because it was 52 kilometers south of the us border.
Anyway, one of the families I helped out was a single parent(mother) and her three kids who'd been living for years in an abandoned school bus. Thing is, after all the seats were removed, the thing had a bit of room. On top of that, the mother was quite fastidious as far as cleaning went, and the thing was actually pretty nice. We actually built the house as an addition to the bus she'd been living in for the last few years, added a bathroom,(outhouse) and that was all she needed. She was so elated that we'd built her this house, but she still liked her little abandoned bus.
