Or in Europe, at least. I'm afraid, that the delivery from US will cost a lot, if it is possible at all.

I don't know about other European countries, but www.amazon.co.uk has the British release date for Spook Country listed as August 2, 2007.

Om Amazon.co.uk the US version is the 7th August version, the UK version is the 2nd August release, as Hasa said.

What is the German title of Spook Country? I can't see anything that could be Spook Country on amazon.de?

Standard translation time is six months to one year after the original publication.

It takes some time and a lot of love to do it.

So far there is nothing announced. Doesn't matter. I'm not going to buy a translated version.

I will tell you the moment it is announced.

"Pattern Recognition" was called "Mustererkennung", which is pretty much a one to one translation.

Sometimes, Gibson Books have very odd German titles. "Burning Chrome" was called "Cyberspace" and "Count Zero" was labeled "Biochips". I have no clue why.
