This is the Tech Nation interview with Moira Gunn from Feb. 2004 (to save the many of use who have no doubt already listened to this when it was first linked to the trouble..)

The interviewer makes me shudder. I thing Bill handles her rather well. But when he talks for a minute or so, it's clear she doesn't get it.

God, she's so annoying. Her whole intro made me want to vomit. Did she use the word "golly"?????

Whore.

Did you use the word 'whore'? Golly.

Gunn may be a little bit too corporate radioslick, but I think she does get what WG is about. She's coming at it from an outsider's perspective. In fact it's a great technique for getting him to say things that he hasn't said anywhere else because he's filling in some cultural gaps for her audience.

And she said a fascinating thing: there was a time when it was exciting to wear logos. Words on a shirt were challenging and surprising. A logo on a pocket was like a little nudge. I can just about remember that.

I really liked this interview.
