Just to report back that the interview with William Gibson went very well, despite my inexperience (or perhaps because of it). I appreciate your suggestions of questions. Unfortunately, I didn't get to half of the questions I had written down, and I feel I probably kept him too long on the phone as it was. Gibson is an extaordinarily accessible interviewee, disarmingly pleasant in his manner. We talked at length about Pattern Recognition as well as other matters.
