When I first PR, I found the details about BR jackets to be amusing and somewhat interesting, but saw them with some condescension.

I find myself, foot in mouth, caught up in the resurrection of an abandoned camera lens mount. An obsessive Japanese industrialist has brought it back so that people can still use the huge numbers of these lenses that are floating around and are still excellent performers. It is called the Bessaflex, if you are interested in looking for it.

I am interested if anyone else is aware of similar "recycling" efforts.

Cheers,

Doug

Oh yes yes, the 42mm screwmount.

I have 4 Cosina cameras - Bessa-L, Bessa-T, 2x Bessa-R2 - those I don't trust, the Bessa-R2 cameras have both failed in less than a year, and I BABY all my cameras.

But those new Cosina-Voigtlander lenses! The only lenses I like more are Mamiya.
