Having just read an excerpt of Pattern Recognition, I found myself again aware of the bitter-sweet stylings of one William Gibson... Where other authors may have more scientific sophistication, WG mindfully embodies the Art of creativity in a way that speaks to the senses...

You'll be glad to know that the 'poetry' of Pattern Recognition does not only exist in the exerpts. Having just started chapter 12, I'm as enthralled with the language and the artistry with which Gibson has (once again) rendered this tale.
Gibson fans and newbies alike are going to love this book. |
