I've read somewhere that many people these days are becoming "allergic" to the world around them. To me it seems akin to agorophobia,(sp?)many homes are built these days with a sound barrier between the inner walls and the electrical conduit, so the wiring does not interfere with the living environment. for some this is enough, for others it is not. Many have the wiring brought in from underneath their homes under the ground to "muffle" the frequency put out by wiring, it apparently interferes with many peoples daily lives. especially if they have fillings in their teeth. I read somewhere that Michael Stipe, of REM fame had his refridgerator move to the outdoors of his house to help quiet his mind, this seems to me to be in line with his past history/problems of stage fright. With the advent of the internet and its ability to facilitate this behaivor, you can grocery shop, rent movies, pay bills, earn a livin etc. there's not much reason to leave the house these days at all. is there? (unless you like being part of nature?) -jinx
There IS a real "enviromental sensitivity syndrome" that while extremely rare is on the rise. Not getting on a high horse, but the more pollution we pump out the more things our bodies are going to rebel against. As for the "not cannon" concept of "nas" nural attenuation syndrome(from johnny memnonic) It could happen...who knows what all these microwave, radio, high and low frequence energies are doing to us?
