The goodwill and reputation, that attractive force in commerce comprising your liking WG's style of writing which compelled you to bhuy this book...

It comprises a relatively small brand. Would Cayce be allergic to it, and to what degree?

In the People's Press version she would be highly allergic. Wink

The first image is the actual book cover of the Danish translation of "Pattern Recognition" entitled "Mønstergenkendelse" which was actually released several weeks prior to the English edition.

The other 3 were photoshopped by me.

Buy?

I have no need to pay for anything. I have the Internet.

Hell, I'm, like twenty, and don't even have a credit card. And I'm not in debt to anyone, or anything.

Just one of the many ways I fail to fit in properly to Society.

Course, in my day, they wouldn't let you on to the internet without a credit card.

I really don't give much of a crap about fitting into Society. We could go on at great length about the ways in which any one of us don't fit in. That's a juvenile exercise. What I was sighing about is the belief that one should obtain the fruits of others' creative endeavors for free, just because they can, as a matter of routine. If an artist gives something away, then fine. But if they put a price tag on it, then grabbing it for free is theft.

It may be hip, cool, and anti-establishment, but it's also paltry, selfish, weak, and dishonorable. But they tell me I'm old-fashioned in some ways, so never mind me. Just go steal some shit and have a good time.

*pats good ol' Splitty on the head*

Awww, c'mon, surely you can see the first and second post were jokes?

No? No?

Well, dang. Shit, looks like I'm gonna have to put missing posters up for Irony, as well as Humour. Their parents are worried sick.

It's not me trying to be "hip" *snicker*, it's not me trying to be "anti-establishment" *snicker* or "cool" *snicker* it was me trying to be funny.

Say it slowly. Fun-ny.

Wink

Who loves ya, Splitty?

And I own WG's books. Bear in mind, I would not have been introduced to them without the Web, though. And, yes, I read some of the full OCR rips. But now I've paid for 'em.
