NO NO NOOOOOO!
I had to make an account just to voice my thoughts on these potential players for Neuromancer. While landing directors like Steven Spielberg, Zemekis, Cameron or Ridley Scott maybe out of reach, but good grief... Joseph Kahn?! How did his name get thrown into the mix? Seriously, is it even possible to get a worse director? How about reaching out for the lesser known but SUPREMELY more talented guys with excellent sci-fi track records like Andrew Niccol, George Miller, Darren Aronofsky, Steven Lisberger, Christopher Nolan, David Fincher, Luc Besson, David Lynch (ok, the last couple maybe not so less known). At least someone that will come out with a palatable film, and not some corny hollywood effects-extravaganza with zero substance. |

According to IMDB is Hayden Christensen no longer associated with Neuromancer.

Hayden was pulled from the project apparently after his manager decided to sign him on for Jumper 2 due to its success.
Smart Move. |
