Here's an angry conservative mob upset that Ron Paul, who is polling higher than Fred Thompson or Rudy Gulianni, was excluded from the debate sponsored by Fox News, chase down Sean Vanity, ooops, I mean Hannity. Just as I've always suspected he would, bullyboy Sean Hannity turned chicken and fled.

Looks like even conservatives are freeing themselves of Faux News. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

Speaking of falling...

http://www.gambling911.com/Ron-Paul-Fox-News-010608.html

quote:
Following Fox News exclusion of US Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul in a Sunday debate, many of his supporters called for a boycott of sponsors and - perhaps worse - shorting Fox parent company News Corp's stock.

Maybe it's just a reflection of the market overall but News Corp's shares really dropped this past week as seen by the chart below.

Coincidence? Perhaps. Then again....

The exclusion of Dr. Paul has backfired as major newspapers in the state of New Hampshire have jumped all over the story....and it's not a story of how some lowly candidate has been told to stay home by Fox News because he doesn't stand a chance in hell of winning. The stories instead ask "How and Why?". How could Ron Paul not be invited when Rudy Giuliani performed much worse in Iowa than Paul, who managed to crack double digits with 10% of the vote? Why is Ron Paul not invited to a state debate where he is presently polling better than three other invitees in New Hampshire?

Fox News is owned and run by foreigners. Fox News wants to dictate American policy, both foreign and domestic. Fox News wants to tell you how to think. Fox News wants to tell you what to think. Fox News wants to pick your next President. Fox News is terrified by the thought of a Ron Paul Presidency. F**k Fox News! Even the New Hampshire GOP pulled their co-sponsorship of the forum, in protest of Fox News’ refusal to let Ron Paul participate in the five-candidate roundtable discussion, and give an explanation of their reason to the New Hampshire GOP - or to even return its leaders’ numerous phone calls.

What a bunch of Aholes. My how the worm turns.

Speaking of Faux News, maybe someone should send them a guide to punctuation...

Oh, I meant killing them off as soon as they start to show signs of megalomania.

Joining Young Liberals, for example, would be one of those signs.

That's right, we own you.

We put Bush in office so you know that we can hurt you.

It's time for you to pack up Pine Gap, go home, and stay there.

Then we'll let you start thinking for yourselves again.

Maybe.

Fox News Declares War on Iran
quote:
(New York, New York) Unconfirmed Sources report the Fox Entertainment Group, a subsidiary of Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation, has declared war on the Islamic Republic Iran. In a shocking move, Fox news CEO, Chairman, and President , Roger Ailes informed the United Nations, "Fox News has seen enough diplomacy and will act unilaterally against Iran."

Following the official declaration of war, Ailes appeared with Geraldo Rivera on "Geraldo At Large." In a rage, Geraldo demanded that President George W. Bush should "admit he is a coward, liar." Geraldo said "I was undercover in Iran and I have seen their atomic bombs with my own eyes." According to Geraldo, the President and John R. Bolton should "Stop talking about diplomacy and start dropping bombs." [...]

Now that Fox News is taking military action against Iran, Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity have both appointed themselves commanding generals. According to Fox News, the pair will be leading 145,000 Blackwater security guards into Tehran during sweeps week. The key battles have been scheduled to climax with the live broadcasts of The O'Reilly Factor. The pair stated "We figure we could do a better job in Iran than we did in Iraq, we learned our lessons well, this invasion will be different."

Yeah, it's a joke. I mean, really, a conservative pundit or politician actually putting their own life on the line when they're so much better at getting others to put theirs on the line. They're called chickenhawks for a reason. They are.

It's like the reverse of T.S. Eliot.

English Lit: "He's ours!"
American Lit: "No, he's ours!"

You can have Murdoch back. Really.
