They seem to have changed the rules this year. I heard they had split up voting blocks, and the UK song has got a bye to the finals. I think the semi-finals are on BBC3 tonight, but I think I will wait for the final, although I half said I would go and see a friend of a friend's band play in Soho. I'll have to see.

Have you seen the Irish entry yet? The UK entry was runner up on a UK talent competition. He previously worked as a binman.

I've seen a few of the entries on YouTube. Spain is quite a thing. But the Irish will be hard to beat. France is about the same, without the irony.
