In response to "I'm Fucking Matt Damon" comes the predictable response in a perhaps-more-over-the-top-than-expected package.

It's longish and ends with your head exploding a la Scanners.

HA HA HA HA HA HA

On the rug
On the floor
On a towel by the door
In the tub
In the car
Up against the minibar

LMAO

And the Ben Affleck one has some great cameos.

That's awesome.

How did they film that?

Did they do it when these people were on his show individually?

I don't know if this counts as viral or not but it certainly is interesting:
Video Art from publicly intercepted wireless Webcam feeds

Curious indeed.

That's a really unfortunate font they used.

The ideas remind me tangentially of some of Jason Salavon's aggregate work.

@ UberDog. looks like some beatnik graphic designer threw up pixels Big Grin I guess thats what happens when you try to be "stylish" and fail miserably in the process.

Here, this is the stuff I like:

http://salavon.com/TheLoop/center_panel.shtml

He takes the passage of time and wraps it up into a ball of simultaneity.

Time-Space becomes "all at one point."

hmm it looks more like he's taken a few shots and just transparent overlapped them together.. Doesn't require a lot of effort IMO, bout 10mins in photoshop with some fairly good city photos and you could get the same result. Still the effect looks really awesome at the bottom. I do see the semiotic but its not like I care enough to look that deep, really I just think the technique is good. Try it with the lights of Tokyo, I'm positive it'd look amazing.

I actually like the semiotics of it a lot more than the way it actually looks.

Here the signifier is more important than the sign. For me.

Those cityscape photos remind me of the photos of Michael Wesely. I first saw his work of the MOMA upgrades - there was something about his work that transcends usual long-exposure schtick for me...
