And Tilda, I adore you, but you win the terrible gown of the evening award...
But I still adore you _____________________________________ ::swoon:: |

Tilda was my other pick in the Outguess Ebert Contest so I'm still in.
That song was horrible. this one is a little better. Kristen Chenowith was in Wicked, so she's better at singing and on stage. But the song sucks. Tilda Swinton belongs in a dress like that, she's... Tilda Swinton. she's got the androgynous Bowie Ziggy Vibe going for her. --- "I knew their tastes were very different and because the french like Dick a lot." -W.G. |

I agree, Kristen Chenoweth is amazing, but even she couldn't save that crappy song. Can't Disney afford to hire anyone else ?

Disney sucks, Disney is over, Disney is treading the icy water soup in Walt's cryo tank. --- "I knew their tastes were very different and because the french like Dick a lot." -W.G. |

Beautiful gown on her, too, and that was the charming non-speech, versus the first batch of Bourne sound winners, who just kinda looked dumb. Although heaven knows it must be really hard to talk up there, esp if you aren't a performer to begin with.

I felt bad for the guy who got cut off before he got to the mike, I think he had a ponytail.
I felt bad about that too. --- "I knew their tastes were very different and because the french like Dick a lot." -W.G. |

Oh, wow, I just reralized why I saw Steve Guttenberg and Priscilla Presley at the awards, because ABC has them on the new Dancing with the Has Beens!

I think it's swell that they have it in like widescreen or something...I don't have a widescreen TV, yo. Or I mean if they're going to do that, can't they letterbox it?

I didn't know they had it in wide screen.
The Irish pair one for Once, their speech, coupled with Bardem's and Coutillard's makes me think they should give all the awards to foreigners. Except for the Best Foreign Language Film which they should give to a Southerner. --- "I knew their tastes were very different and because the french like Dick a lot." -W.G. |

The prepared thing they had of all the best pictures, and the thing they had of that old chap, half the stuff was off my screen, couldn't read the titles.
