Well. not so much in eastern europe.
I would be willing to bet money there aren't any in my country. Place here is too small for something like that to go unnoticed. Press would have a field day in no time.

East Europe ... today ... sounds very unrealistic to me as well. However, the idea itself is scary.

Okay, we all know about prisons outside the US, like Guantanamo Bay, Abu Dabi and co. And what we know is bad enough. They give shit about human rights, and the whole thing just smells an awfule lot like 3. Reich to me.

But if 'Black Sites' do exists, one just has to wonder what kind of things they are doing with the prisoners there?
